RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, allowing you to return or exchange your purchase within 14
days of receiving your order. The return policy will not apply for any inquiries made after 14
days from the order delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and
unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging, accompanied by the original tax
invoice/receipt.
To initiate a return, contact us via email at info@elitistclo.com.
Please be advised that returns due to change of mind incur an $8 postage fee which will be
deducted from your total refund amount.
Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping may take longer than
expected.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size can be made and the postage fee does not apply! Exchanges
will just need to be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please bear in mind that the ability to exchange are subject to stock availability.
If your exchange is accepted, we aim to get the order dispatched within 1-2 business days.
You will then receive a follow up email containing the confirmation and your new tracking
number.
Please remember to check your junk/spam folder! If you have not received an email
confirming your exchange within 7 days, please contact us at info@elitistclo.com
Once we have received and inspected your return, your payment will be refunded to your
original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, please allow 5-10 business days for refunds.
