SHIPPING
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods, and due to external factors (such as extreme weather).
We currently ship within Australia with Australia Post. Delivery is available to P.O. boxes, and Parcel Lockers (please include the street address on the Parcel Locker location).
Please ensure you input your address correctly upon placing your order. If an invalid address is provided and your order has been returned back to us, a fee will incur for reshipment. It is unfortunately beyond our control if the incorrect address provided is valid and has been delivered.
Please email us at info@elitistclo.com immediately if you have accidentally entered the wrong address, and we will work to update your address if your order has not yet been dispatched.
Shipping costs and delivery times:
For domestic orders:
- Standard Shipping - estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping - estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $120.
Please be advised that these delivery times are estimated time frames by Australia Post and occasional delays may occur due to external circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and information. You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in your email, or by logging into your Elitist account and clicking on the “My Orders” tab.
Didn’t receive a confirmation email? Please check your junk/spam folder in case our email has ended up there. If the email has not been received, please email us at info@elitistclo.com so that we may look into the issue promptly and to ensure that the correct email address has been provided upon checkout.
